Shipping Policy

1. Stage 1 delivery areas
Stage 1 pre-orders are currently being fulfilled within Lagos State, Nigeria. We deliver to all Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Lagos. Delivery to other states (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and more) will begin from Stage 2 onwards.
2. Delivery timeline
After your pre-order is confirmed and your unit enters production, we will notify you by email with an estimated delivery date. Standard Lagos delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. For remote Lagos addresses, please allow up to 7 business days.
3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and vary based on your Lagos address and the size of your order. We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible. Free delivery may be available for orders above a minimum threshold — details will be confirmed with your order.
4. Packaging
All Verditek towers are packaged securely in purpose-built protective boxes. We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible. Growing systems are tested before dispatch to ensure they arrive ready to use.
5. Monthly subscription deliveries
Subscription boxes are dispatched on a monthly cycle. Your delivery date will be confirmed upon signup. Subscriptions ship within Lagos only during Stage 1. You will receive a tracking update by email or WhatsApp when your box has been dispatched.
6. Failed or missed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A second missed delivery may incur an additional delivery fee. Verditek is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
7. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at hello@verditek.ng within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for full details.
