Refund Policy

1. Pre-order cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before we notify you that your unit has entered the final production stage. To cancel, email hello@verditek.ng with your pre-order details. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

2. Defective or damaged products

If your Verditek system arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping of damaged items is covered by Verditek.

3. Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened seed packets or consumed nutrient solutions from the monthly subscription
  • Custom 3D-printed parts manufactured to specification
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Monthly subscription fees for the current active month

5. Monthly subscription cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current month. To cancel, email hello@verditek.ng at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@verditek.ng with your order reference, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
