By accessing or using the Verditek website (verditek.ng) or placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Verditek
Verditek Agrotech Solutions Ltd. is a Nigerian company registered and operating in Lagos, Nigeria. We design, manufacture, and sell hydroponic and aeroponic growing systems for residential and commercial use.
3. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are subject to availability and are limited to one unit per person during Stage 1. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee immediate delivery. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated via email. Verditek reserves the right to cancel pre-orders and issue full refunds if production capacity is exceeded or circumstances prevent fulfilment.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Verditek reserves the right to change prices at any time. For products listed as "Contact us for pricing", a formal quotation will be provided upon enquiry. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Verditek Agrotech Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Verditek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price paid. Our products are growing tools — results may vary based on usage, environment, and crop selection.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
